The entire metallic structure is made of 1mm iron sheet and at hinges and locks reinforcements are applied to ensure resistence.

The exterior leaf of the door is moulded with relief designes, the whole door structure being electrostatic painted at 210o C in special ovens for increasing sun radiation resistence and high weather temperatures.

The frame of the door, jamb included is made of 1,5 mm iron sheet etched, first class, that offering to the frame resistence.

For a better tightness a gasket is applied around the door frame.

The safety of usage is also visible in the concept of hidden hinges.

The thickness of the door leaf is 6,5 cm as for all the models.
